![]() I meant for you to use MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner statistics purely for the CPU speed/load/etc and GPU speed/load/etc monitoring statistics, so you could see in real-time what the problem turned out to be. The main thing is that your CPU speed is kept high, and your GPU speed does not drop, and your temperatures are within good limits. Thanks for reply in advance and please ask for more information if you need them. I was not able to upload the Afterburner log file, so here is a screenshot atleast. I am not sure what does this mean, those are only my observations. Also sometimes when it was laggy, it suddenly stopped lagging and both CPU and GPU usage dropped to lower usage (I remember CPU was around 50-60%). GPU usage sometimes seemed to randomly go down. It sometimes got laggy, but CPU usage was around 80% and GPU usage up to 100%. CPU core load seemed to be pretty balanced. In Afterburner the CPU and GPU load seemed higher than what I saw yesterday. Thanks for your Alright, I installed MSI Afterburner today and tried playing Cities:Skylines, if you want me to try other games too, I have no problem. If anyone has a clue what can cause this or how to reduce lag in games (especially while streaming) in other way I will be very grateful for a reply. I know a laptop like this is not something made for streaming games, but I don't have much of a choice right now. I tried streaming this games too and they all lag on low settings too, but I was not measuring the CPU and GPU load at that time. ![]() Scrap mechanic - This one was running quite fine only with minors stutters.Įuro Truck Simulator 2 - ETS2 was runnings smoothly on low grpahics, but when I got them higher together with resolution, the lag appeared. ![]() I am attaching logs from GPU-Z from 3 games:Ĭities:Skylines - It was lagging most of the time during my little test. I used TechPowerUP GPU-Z to monitor my GPU load and it hardly ever reached 100%, it seemed, that at the time the game was most laggy, GPU utilization was the lowest (10-30%). In all games I tested CPU utilization didn't go above 50%. But what bothers me is, that when I try to monitor CPU and GPU usage it is no very high. I know, that the specifications aren't very good and that might be the cause of lag. I have a Lenovo Y50 laptop (version with i7, 16GB of RAM and 4K display), but most of the games lag on in. ![]()
